We manufacture superior systems for steam, condensate, chilled water, heating water, high temperature hot water, cryogenics, jet fuel, solvents, oil, and other domestic and industrial applications including those systems that require heat tracing or freeze protection. We also offer services for stress analysis, heat gain/loss calculations and infrared thermography of your piping system.

Molded & Pultruded Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics
Seasafe is a manufacturer of molded and pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) products. These include grating, stair treads, floor plates, covered grating, handrails, ladders, cable tray, fiberglass struts and structural shapes. All are available through a network of stocking distributors and representatives. Founded in 1978, our manufacturing facility is located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Capabilities include design and engineering assistance as well as custom manufacturing. Seasafe started in business as a fabricator, doing jobs no one else wanted to do or was capable of doing. Today, we are an industry leader in both fabrication and manufacturing. Seasafe’s Fiber Reinforced Composite Products can replace metallics in virtually any traditional steel application.
Thermoplastic Pumps & Systems
The wet end components of every Vanton pump are made from corrosion and abrasion resistant engineered plastics such as, polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Completely inert, these thermoplastics are impervious to acids, caustics, salts, solvents, chlorides, halogens, and other aggressive, abrasive chemicals that can attack pumps made of metals, plastic or rubber lined metals, and fiberglass reinforced plastics.
Whereas metals (including stainless steel, Hastelloy® and other high alloys) have accepted annual rates of corrosion, Vanton’s chemically inert thermoplastic components do not. As a result, Vanton pumps provide long, trouble-free service life and prevent the contamination of reagent-grade chemicals and other ultrapure fluids.
Unlike mass produced pumps, Vanton pumps are engineered to individual requirements in configurations including: cantilevered, close-coupled, integral-motor shaft, bearingless, sealless, self-priming, magnetic drive, Vortex, ANSI, DIN, and more. It means that a Vanton pump can meet and exceed your performance requirements, while conforming to your new or existing dimensional specifications.
